Payments
All appointments need to be paid for at the time of booking. Please be aware if the appointment is not paid for then you run the risk that your appointment will be cancelled and offered to someone on the waiting list.
Deposits can be refunded only if the appointment is cancelled no later than 48 hours before
To secure your appointment and ensure availability, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Notice Required:
48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee.
Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible – exceptions may be made at our discretion.
